A wonderful highlight today was a beautiful CONNECTICUT WARBLER, who was walking around and flying up and down from low tree limbs. I got many photos of the bird walking on the ground. Click on the thumbnail for the series, plus many other photos. Other great birds were many warblers, including Cape May, Wilson's, Nashville, Magnolia, Black-throated Blue and Green, Parula, Black and White, Blackpoll, Palm, Redstart, Yellow-rumped, Yellowthroat. Other good ones: 2 Common Loons, Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, Eastern Phoebe, hundreds (maybe thousands) of Tree Swallows, Ruby-crowned and Golden-crowned Kinglets, Eastern Towhee, Bobolink flyovers, Savannah and White-throated Sparrows, Osprey, BALD EAGLE, Winter, House, and Carolina Wrens, Northern Flickers, and many more lovely birds!
